We can be heroes: All can learn to wield power of an AED

Last week, I went to CPR training at the Lisbon-Mount Vernon Ambulance Service building, provided by the Rotary Club to help educate our community.
I took the class because CPR is now required for high school coaches.
The most exciting thing I came away with was an understanding of an AED (automated external defibrillator).
