Snow emergency in Lisbon

A snow emergency will be in effect in Lisbon from 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31 until 6 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1. The snow route is Washington, Main and Jackson. Vehicles parked on the emergency snow route will be ticketed and/or towed, by order of police chief Rick Scott.
